This movie is about gifted modern day Guru Mata (shweta) and her love with another blessed singer cum mystic (soham) who has been influenced and blessed by Babaji (Nasseruddin Shah). Though this movie it nuttin great it at least tries to experiment and venture in uncharted territory for Bollywood i.e. Science v/s Mysticism and beliefs and faith in Devis and Babas. The movie is worth watch if have lotsa free time and believer in such arbit subjects. The movie has a few boring songs and good bhajan, All the performances were mediocre except for Nasser’s that somehow stands out all the time.

Btw Urmila has an uncanny resemblence to the real life Anand Murti Guruma, wonder if the movie is inspired by her.
P.s I do believe in the faith and power of some of the Gurus and Baba’s.

A real neat movie on a screwed up Parsi Family, I dunno why I dint watch this movie all this time, Although many people have bad reviews of this movie. I think this is a sexed out movie, well made and decently directed by Homi Adjania . Boman Irani,Dimple Kapadia & Honey Chaya have done some gr8 work.
And yes its always fun to hear the way Parsis give gaalis, reminded me of my Parsi Boss Farrokh Khambatta in whose catering company we worked during our free times and kadki days
